Do I need experience to start?

No. All levels are welcome. and beginners are encouraged to start.

How do I schedule a free trial (Adults)?

select a class from the schedule, and email us to book your free trial.

  • A gi will be provided for your first class

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early

  • Bring sandals for the lobby

How do I schedule a free trial (Kids)?

Choose a kids class from the schedule, then email us to book the trial.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • A parent or guardian must be present to complete the waiver


What ages do you accept?

  • Kids: 5–12

  • Teens: 13–17 (teens may access the full schedule with approval)

  • Adults: 18+


What equipment do I need to start?

  • Gi classes: Gi (we provide one for your first class)

  • NoGi: Rashguard and shorts

  • Striking: Gloves and shin guards (see class descriptions)

Gear is available at the front desk or in our Gear Shop.


Do you offer gi rentals?

Yes. Gi rentals are available for $20 per class.


How do memberships work?

Monthly memberships are designed for consistent training and renew automatically.

If your schedule is irregular, class packs are the better option.

Can I freeze my membership for part of a month?

No. All freezes are for a minimum of one full month and must be requested at least 15 days before billing.

Partial freezes and prorated months are not permitted.
